2) INQUIRE - When you are ready to speak to someone about your event:

3) SCHEDULE YOUR EVENT
- Request a CONTRACT (Oakridge will tentatively hold until deposit is received) Note: A 25% non-refundable
DEPOSIT is required to secure an event at Oakridge.
- Download the Group Leader's Packet (Forms Packet). This packet contains the registration forms and other
information.
4) SHOW UP WITH THE FOLLOWING
- Your Final Payment
- Completed Release of liability forms for all guests
- Positive Attitude for a great experience!
