- Read things like Mission Statement and Statement of Faith, Policies, Activities, and Lodging Information
- Contact us and let us know what you need.
2) INQUIRE - When you are ready to speak to someone about your event:
- Fill out the On Line Reservation Inquiry Form

3) SCHEDULE YOUR EVENT
- Request a CONTRACT (good for 30 days) (Note: A 25% non-refundable DEPOSIT is required to secure an event
at Oakridge.)
- Download the Group Leader's Packet (Forms Packet). This packet contains the registration forms and other
information.
4) HAVE A GREAT EVENT!
- Be sure to bring all of your forms and final PAYMENT when you come for your event.
