Oakridge Contracts
For your convenience, Oakridge Camp & Retreat Center makes it possible to fill out your own Oakridge contract online by using an Interactive PDF form. All you need to view, edit, and send in these contracts is your computer, Adobe Reader, and an Email address. We use three different contracts:Contract Types
Our Event Contract is for any event, throughout the year, including summer camp. This includes things like family reunions, weekend retreats, winter youth events, men's and women's seminars, youth camp, kids camp, etc. The Event Contract is for lodged guests only; if your group wants to come out for only a day of activities, then you'll need our Day Outing Contract. If your kids would like to sign up for Oakridge Summer Camp, but aren't part of a large group (that is, 5 or more kids/youth), then you can fill out the Individual Registration for Summer Camp.
Oakridge's Day Outing Contract is for groups of any size that want to come out for a day of fun and fellowship. This is not for guests who plan on staying the night; it's only for those guests who want to bring out their group for just a day of Oakridge's
awesome activities, the use of an Oakridge Meeting Room, and all of the perks of a real Oakridge Experience without spending the night.
Interactive PDFs
Adobe's PDF (Portable Document Format) is the global standard for reviewing information on any computer system; that means that users who prefer Windows, Mac, or even the mobile Android systems can view a PDF. This is why Oakridge is working to develop all of our documents in PDF format, to better serve our guests and to make our website more user-friendly. There are just a few things you'll need to keep in mind when working with Oakridge Camp's Interactive PDF files:If you're simply having too much trouble with it, then no worries! Just print out the PDF before filling out anything on your computer, and you can write in your group's needs the old-fashioned way, with pen and paper. If you're having trouble opening the file in your browser, then simply right-click the link and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" and save the file onto your computer. Obviously, putting an event together takes a lot of time and attention from you, the group leader. The Oakridge Event Contract has been intentionally designed to offer options for every possible group scenario. You, as the group leader, will need to make decisions concerning such items as: length of stay, date, lodging option, program, meals, meeting room, activities, equipment, group discounts and method of payment. The Oakridge Contract will guide you through this process. Please do not be overwhelmed by the length of the contract, since it provides so many possible options.
